Our advanced electronic transistor tester is highly versatile, designed for testing plug-in and SMD devices, as well as different types of triodes, thyristors, MOSFETs, diodes, and more. It enables you to easily determine the device type, pin polarity, output HFE, valve voltage, and FET junction capacitance.

Intelligent Auto-Identification

The intelligent transistor checker automatically identifies NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors, and other components. No need for complicated manual settings; simply plug in your device, and let the tester do the work.

ESR Value Guidance

At the back of the tester, you will find a table listing typical ESR values for electrolytic capacitors. This serves as a useful guide for standard-grade electrolytic capacitors at room temperature, helping you understand the expected performance.

User-Friendly Design

Our advanced tester comes with an auto-shutdown function, powered down 20 seconds after the measurement is complete. A large, backlit LCD display ensures easy readability, whether in bright or dim lighting conditions.

Safety and Maintenance

Before testing any capacitors, be sure to discharge them to avoid damaging the internal circuit. The device is powered by a single 9V 6LR61 battery. If the battery voltage drops below 6V, replace it with a new one. You can also use a DC 9V-12V adapter for alternative power supplies (9V and 12V included).
